Content must comply with applicable laws and must not include defamatory, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Users must respect studio equipment and facilities, follow safety guidelines, and maintain professional conduct throughout the session. Any damage to equipment will result in repair or replacement charges.
Our services are subject to studio availability and technical limitations. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates our policies or applicable laws. Recording sessions are limited to booked time slots, and additional time may incur extra charges. We cannot guarantee specific technical outcomes or resolve issues beyond our reasonable control.
Weather conditions, power outages, or equipment malfunctions may affect service delivery. In such cases, we will work to reschedule or provide alternative solutions when possible.
Clients retain ownership of their original content and intellectual property. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to use recorded material for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of our proprietary recording techniques, equipment specifications, and studio processes.
Any music, sound effects, or third-party content used during recording must be properly licensed by the client. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided content.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. While we maintain professional standards, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from recording sessions.
Clients assume responsibility for backup copies of their content. We recommend maintaining independent copies of all important materials and are not liable for data loss or corruption.
Payment is due according to agreed terms, typically before or immediately after service completion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled sessions may incur charges. Refunds are provided only in cases of studio-related cancellations or significant service failures on our part.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client content and personal information. Recorded materials are stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information or content without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable local laws. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the jurisdiction where our studio is located.
Clients agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action, and both parties will bear their own legal costs unless otherwise determined by a court or arbitrator.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We reserve the right to terminate service agreements for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
